The residence halls are laid out in “suite style.” Each suite has 4 to 7 bedrooms, a shower facility, and a refrigerator. There are NO elevators in the residence halls and there is a maximum of four (4) flights of stairs in a building. The Bathrooms in the suite may be unisex. There is a private bathroom/shower located in most buildings, but NO rooms with private baths.
Rooms are furnished with either one, or two single beds. Also in the rooms are desks, wardrobes, and dressers. Each wardrobe comes with hangers and each bed is furnished with one pillow and one blanket. There are limited single rooms available which require an additional charge. Linen set includes two flat sheets, one pillowcase, two towels, and one washcloth for a mandatory $6.00 charge per set. This mandatory charge is included in the package plans but MUST BE INCLUDED IN THE INDIVIDUAL PLAN.Participants are encouraged to bring extra towels, an extra blanket, and a desk lamp if a reading light is desired. Please remember that no pool towels are available.
MEALS The dining hall will offer a variety of daily special selections including vegetarian meals and a salad bar. Guests residing off-campus facilities MUST reserve desired meal purchases prior to the May 13, 2005 deadline. Also, any other participants wishing to purchase individual meals, food will be available at two on-campus snack and meal facilities.
Monday, June 20, Breakfast only will be served in the Dining Hall. The On Campus Snack Bar will be open until 1:00 P.M.
Rooms are on a first-come, first-serve basis. This includes first floor spaces. Participants are encouraged to adhere to the registration deadline of May 13, 2005. Previous history shows 1st floor accommodations have filled by March 1st . During the conference dates, it is possible that the Conference Office will sell meals or housing on an individual basis AS CANCELLATIONS WARRANT. Please Note: check-in on Sunday, June 12 after 4:00 p.m. NOTES
All residence halls are non-smoking during this conference.
NO PETS are allowed on campus or in the resident halls.

BACK TO MAIN PAGECamping (Tenting/RV’s) There will be space for twenty (20) RV’s to park at LSC College. No hook-ups will be provided. Refer to College registration for camping fees. NO tenting will be allowed at the college. Caledonia County Fairgrounds, 2-1/2 miles from the convention site.
