**Registration Notice:  You will see two registration forms, below.

• If you are lodging and/ or eating on campus, the Registration form for Lodging and Meals must be mailed / faxed  to Lyndon State College.
• The ASD Convention Registration form must be mailed / faxed to ASD Headquarters.

** Note to Non-members: If you wish to join ASD at this time, please include dues in the appropriate amount.  If dues are paid at this time, your Convention registration will be at member rates.

**Confirmation Letters will be mailed from ASD Headquarters and from Lyndon State College. Programs and other information will be provided in your registration packet available at the registration desk.

**Convention Registration Desk Hours: 8 a.m. To 7 p.m. After 7:00 p.m. dorm residents may pick up ASD registration packets at the College Registration Desk.

**Airport Transportation: ASD will not be providing airport transportation to and from the Burlington Airport. Call Anywhere Taxi toll free (888) 238-1517 to arrange your transportation. Afternoon and evening pickups. Group scheduling to accommodate attendees.

**Workshop Times will be staggered to enable all attendees to purchase meals at the dining hall if they wish. All non-residential guests must reserve dining hall meals by May 14th. Two on-campus snack and meal facilities will also be provided.

**Church Supper – The First Congregational Church of Lyndonville will be hosting a supper, Friday June 17th, from 5:30 until all are served. $7.50 per person. Pay at the door. Menu includes: Cheese-stuffed shells, sliced turkey, meatloaf, salads, home-made rolls, assorted pies and beverages.

**Day Care is available at Lyndon Children’s Center (adjacent to the college).   For information call Lori Phillips at (802) 626-5493. Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  Mon. - Fri. Payment and Reservations for weekend day care must be made in advance.   SEE:  KIDS

**Sales: The American Society of Dowsers Book and Supply Division will be offering a wide variety of books and dowsing instruments for sale during the Convention.  Please plan to stop and browse at their display in the Stannard Gym.
