2005 Can-Am Dowsers Conference
SPEAKER GUIDELINES & VENDOR POLICY

The Can-Am Dowsers Conference Committee requires all our presenters and vendors to agree to abide by the following Guidelines. Please read them carefully, sign and return to Penn Bell by April 1st, 2005.

Speakers

Presentations are to be built around information, not a product intended for sale.
Sales may take place in the vendor room only.
Speakers are responsible for bringing an ample supply of any handout material to the lecture. The main room holds 200+ people.
Speakers receive: conference registration, ½ vendor table if requested.

Please donate at least one prize for the raffle – which funds our evening Hospitality. Prizes can be left at the Conference check-in table on your arrival at the 2nd International Can-Am Dowsers Conference

Vendors

Vendors must be registered for the full conference.
Vendor tables are available. Cost is $30.00 full table & $20.00 if shared, plus 10% of gross sales. To reserve a vendor table, please complete and return this form no later than April 1st, 2005 to Penn Bell. Pre-payment is required.
Speakers have first choice of tables.
Vendors may be asked to share a table, subject to demand.
Items for sale must be related to dowsing or questing
Sales may take place in the vendor area only
Vendors are fully responsible for their items and equipment, materials and products at all times. Trinity Lutheran College and the Can-Am Dowsers Conference are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
