We do open our meetings to those who are interested in learning how to dowse, or becoming a better dowser.   You do not need to be a member to attend.  Your dowsing will improve merely by attending our meetings.  Dowsing is a form of energy. This kind of energy is caught, not taught.

Our meetings include activities to practice your dowsing and guest speakers who will share their experiences and teach you new skills.  You have a chance to meet others who you can help or who can help you.  One of the best parts of these groups is meeting synergistic people.

We are  all familiar with the psychosomatic aspect of healing and of the necessity of removing harmful emotional programs and belief systems as a part of bringing balance and healing to the body.  What is less recognized is the impact of known or hidden destructive spirit entities on the human body, psyche and spirit, and the importance of clearing
them to create healing and health.

This presentation is an introduction to the basics behind Spiritual Clearing.  To start with many think that it sounds spooky or possibly dangerous.   Fr. Hunt will address:  Who can do this?  Do I have to believe in spirit stuff to do this?  How is this related to healing?  What are the benefits and liabilities of engaging in this for me or a client?  Does it always work?  How do I know that someone needs a spiritual clearing?  What are the signs I might look for to know that an issue is of a spiritual nature?    And more!  This is one presentation you definitely want to attend in person!

Fr. Richard D. Hunt, S.J. is Director of Catholic Campus Ministry at the Rochester Institute of Technology.  With  fifteen years of clinical practice as a psychotherapist –  he has studied healing for 35 years with various teachers: he is a Reiki Master Teacher, uses kinesiology and dowsing.   He has spent a lot of time studying Buddhism and practicing that form of meditation in a Christian spiritual context.

A trained musician and artist, Fr. Richard  has studied and practices Tibetan, and Chinese healing methods, Therapeutic Touch, esoteric and psychic healing methods, he has trained as a shaman with a Native American healer, uses color, sound and music healing methods, Cymatics, Radionics, Rapid Eye Technology, EMF Balancing Technique, Spiritual Clearing, various healing instruments,  as well as some methods he developed. He teaches workshops on Healing with Sound; Healing with Light and Color. Richard also is a painter, sculptor and composes music.  He has several other workshop related workbooks, including two on energy psychology, and one on the Enneagram and another on advanced Reiki material.

“This workshop on Spiritual Clearing will cover both the theory and practice of clearing detrimental spiritual entities that can be in the human energy field. We will explore a wide range of possible spiritual interferences and treatment options for removing them.  This is a hands-on workshop, where you will be trained to do spiritual clearings by working with other participants.  A two volume workbook set is necessary and is included in the cost of this course.  This will be your class notes and reading material for after the workshop.  Basic Spiritual Clearing is something any dowser can do. At our meetings, we first schmooze, register, visit the tables, the Library, the Bookstore.  We have a fine presentation, and afterwards we do some more socializing.   We have a FOOD TABLE and ask people to bring finger food.   You, too, can do this, if you like.  We go home when we feel like it, usually around 9:30, or even 10-ish. . .

There is bus service from Eglinton Station and the bus stops right on the corner.    If you get the 6:15 or 6:20 bus (34E) at Eglinton Station, you'll get to the meeting on time.
